In recent days, the first elimination matches of the European Championship, specifically the round of 16, were played in Germany. Some of these matches brought great drama, while others were very predictable.
Football fans can now expect a two-day break from EURO action, as the quarter-final clashes are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, July 5th and 6th.
EURO 2024 Quarter-Finals:
- Spain vs. Germany (Friday, 18:00, Stuttgart)
- Portugal vs. France (Friday, 21:00, Hamburg)
- England vs. Switzerland (Saturday, 18:00, Düsseldorf)
- Netherlands vs. Turkey (Saturday, 21:00, Berlin)
The quarter-finals of the continental championship will kick off in Stuttgart, where hosts Germany will face Spain on Friday at 18:00. The other big match of this stage will take place on the same day at 21:00 in Hamburg, where Portugal will clash with France.
The following day, England will meet Switzerland in Düsseldorf at 18:00, followed by the Netherlands taking on Turkey in Berlin at 21:00.
The winners of Friday’s matches will meet in the first semi-final, while the winners of Saturday’s matches will face each other in the second semi-final.
