The European Football Championship starts in two days, and the main question is who will win the trophy reserved for the champion of the Old Continent.
The title is defended by the Italians, who defeated England in the final in 2021, and this year several teams are vying for the winner’s podium.
The president of UEFA, Aleksander Čeferin, has also voiced his predictions on who has the best chances of claiming the top spot in Europe.
The Slovenian revealed his opinion to “OneFootball”.
“Germany, France, England, and Portugal are favorites in my opinion. I always say that Spain should never be underestimated. Then there’s Croatia, Belgium, and maybe Denmark,” said Čeferin.
The European Championship kicks off on Friday, with the host Germany facing debutants Georgia at 9 p.m.
